Great cast John, the idea of keeping the body confused is aimed at keeping the body balanced. Too much work in one area can result in imbalance and injuries, a bit like a professor of mathematics who can’t interact with people on a social level because they have locked themself away doing mathematics and not practised the social skills they need to relate to others.
